In this video, I explore the fifth element of inner richness: trust.
We’ll look at what it really means, how it shows up in daily life, what blocks it, and ways you can strengthen it.

Trust is when you see that life unfolds in its own way even when the outcome doesn’t match your expectations but you know overall things often work out for the best. Trust is about receiving life as is.

Trust begins with learning to trust yourself and I ask a couple of questions so you can explore where your level of trust is right now.

I talk about the main blocks to trust, which are fear, disappointment, and seeing the world as dangerous. In reality, the world is neutral and it mirrors how you perceive it. If you believe the world is unsafe, this gets reflected back to you and if you trust it is friendly, this too is reflected back to you.

To grow in trust, start small. Ask your heart how you can expand your trust today and see what it tells you. I close with sharing that trust does not mean you leave yourself unprotected. It is a dance between openness and healthy boundaries.

This video explores the second element of inner richness: authenticity.
Authenticity is about being fully yourself — not the version shaped to please others, but the real, imperfect, honest you. From a young age, many of us build a personality as a kind of protection. We pick up masks shaped by our parents, society, religion, or culture. Over time, those masks help us fit in, but they also disconnect us from our true self. We end up with different versions of ourselves for different situations — and that can feel exhausting.
Living authentically means having the courage to show up as you are — with your limits, your flaws, and your truth. You stop copying others. You let yourself be seen. You make choices that align with your values, like honestly ending a relationship, saying no to work that doesn’t feel right, or quietly honouring what’s true for you without minimising it.
We’ll also talk about common blocks, like people-pleasing, masking, and pushing yourself to do things you don’t actually want to do — which can be deeply draining.
And finally, I share simple ways to build more authenticity in your life:
• Accepting your mistakes
• Being honest when you don’t know something
• Listening to your body when something feels off, what I call 'notes' in the body
• Noticing and celebrating the moments when you are authentic
• Reflecting on how it feels when you are authentic compared to when you pretend

In this final part of my 6-part series on common emotional pain points, we explore a hidden and difficult challenge. At one extreme is disconnection and isolation and the other is living entirely through others and relying on their validation.

Maybe you’ve locked yourself away, not in healthy solitude, but out of fear and distrust. Or perhaps you’ve lost yourself in constantly seeking others’ validation. Being a “puppet” to other people’s opinions with no access to your own inner voice.

Both extremes can feel exhausting, disempowering, and deeply unfulfilling. You find yourself either in lock down in deep loneliness as an island, or lost in community where you give your autonomy and power away. If you would like to move away from either of these extremes, then this video is for you.

In this video, I’ll help you:

- Recognise when you’re stuck in one extreme
- Find the balance between being in community and healthy alone time
- Build self-trust so you can uncover your essential self
- Share how various coaching tools can connect with your inner knowing

Whether you’re feeling disconnected or dancing to the tune of other people's and societal expectations, this video is about learning to trust yourself, find out who you are so that you can ease gently into connecting with others and being your authentic self and being centered in who you are.

This is the first video in a 6-part series where I explore the common inner struggles that I support others with.

This week’s video explores that inner voice that turns against you, where it calls you names, rejects compliments, and blocks you from seeing your strengths and value.

In this video, I share practical ways you can:

- Challenge that inner voice
- Allow praise in without running for the hills
- Tune into that quieter, wise voice inside you that champions you
- Reframe how you see yourself and see the evidence of your strengths

If you’ve ever struggled with an inner voice that mocks and hurts you, I hope this video supports you towards being your own friend.

There’s often a quiet pain behind the habits we try to change. These can be from excessive spending online with money we don't have, a feeling of disconnection, struggling with relationships, or feeling low self-worth or motivation.

One way, the outer way, that many approach these inner struggles is through willpower, effort, or self-control. For some, that works. But for many, it only scratches the surface.

I offer a different way that that looks beneath the behaviour, into the root of the struggle. This does not require willpower or discipline but a willingness to look beneath the surface of the struggle.

In this video, I share why I focus on inner work and what I’ve seen shift in the lives of those I support.

In the next 6 weeks, I’ll share real-life examples of client experiences and how we worked through their struggles such as:

- Harsh self-criticism
- Feeling disconnected from life
- Perfectionism
- Emotional overwhelm
- Addictive or avoidant patterns
- Struggling to communicate their needs

This series is for anyone who longs to feel more whole, grounded, and free. Inner richness is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home to yourself.

If you are curious to explore an alternative approach to change, one that does not demand force, but invites truth click the like button to follow along.

In this video, I share why I support those navigating inner struggles that many of us grapple with silently. Whether it's the urge to shop online and overspe...

This is the last video in my 'Journey into the emotions' series. In this video I talk about joy, the tapestry of our emotions, and I close with a short meditation on meeting our emotions. I had great fun doing this series and I am almost sorry it is coming to a close. However, when one things ends, it makes space for the new. My upcoming series will focus on moving from inner struggles to inner richness.

This is the last of the journey into emotions series and I close it with joy. I talk about why I chose joy rather than happiness or love, how it is an inner ...

In my journey of the emotions, this week I explore fear, that emotion many of us sidestep, ignore or minimise. One question that came up for me while discussing fear, is how much do you trust yourself, your environment, and those around you? I ask because I believe the more we trust, the less fear we experience. I also chat about ways you can meet and reduce fear. I would love to hear your thoughts on anything I discuss.

This video explores fear, the types of it and how it can impact us as well as how it helps or hinders us. I then explore the fear that can hinder us and keep...

I am sharing a series of talks on emotional wellness on YouTube. As part of it, I am using one painting and I add a new layer of paint each week to represent that specific emotion - though that could change - who knows as I am on this journey too. Using cotton paper and acrylic paint, I paint one evening a week, either in darkness or semi darkness and allow the painting to happen....

In this video I explore the benefits and drawbacks of our inner darkness. I have reconnected with my art so I use a black painting I did, in full darkness, to illustrate how we can remain stuck in darkness for too long as well as the beauty of darkness where it can be a place of peace.

For me I have discovered that emotional wellness is a balancing act of being comfortable with all our emotions without taking a long term residence in one of them and remaining stuck in it.

In the coming weeks I will be adding to the painting as a means of exploring each of the emotions so I hope you will journey along with me and see what we uncover.

Often there is an avoidance of our inner darkness and in this video I explore both the benefits and drawbacks of our inner darkness. I use a black painting I...
