A very, very busy week. Sooooooo much injury!!! So much TLC needed. Gals and guys, please, please, please do a decent warm up and a decent cool down. I see ye guys running off pitches and straight in to the dressing room and out the gap! I can't stress enough how important it is after all the astro ye have trained on with the bad weather 👍
