Our next YOU and baby Pilates programme starts Monday April 13th at 11:45am 🌸👶🏼

The class is run by, Maria, one of our fab women’s health physiotherapists and the course is designed for new moms of 6weeks+ postnatal.

The course will provide you pelvic health education and postpartum rehabilitation as well as scar management information, abdominal self checks and plenty of exercise advice.

The class will be based around Pilates practices with progression to early stage impactive loading so that you will know how to safely return to running or other intense sports.

Babies are most welcome. Even the more vocal ones ;)

The course is €80 for 6 weeks and includes prerecorded educational videos on top of the class each week.

Spaces are limited. The remaining few are available through our website.

Classes are run by our women’s health physio, Maria, who will guide you through the 6 week programme, helping you to feel fit and strong throughout pregnancy and preparing your body for birth💪🏼

We need to challenge and test the support of our pelvic floor upright and in more pressured activities. Here are a few examples of what you might do after you feel stronger when lying or sitting down.

Note: every body is different and so every bodies rehab will be different. Get assessed individually if you can.

Try these pelvic floor exercises out.
3 times a day until you’re dry 🙌

Feeling tense or have pelvic pain?
Maybe you’re not sure if you feel the pelvic floor working when you do your kegals?
Here is a little video that may help you connect with the muscle contraction.
It includes some simple breath work and coordination with the pelvic floor muscles.
