We’re not actually sorry 🤝 we wanted to create a gym that offered affordable personal training, but goes beyond that and we’ve done it.

We don’t want to be the puma of gyms, we want to be nike.

We want you to have an amazing experience from start to finish.

We want you to look forward to training.

To feel part of something so much bigger.

To be free of gym anxiety, ego and bullsh*t comparison.

We cap our memberships and limit our session sizes to provide quality over quantity.

And if that’s not for you, that’s cool.

If you’d rather wait for squat racks, follow a gym plan you found on google and spin your wheels for the next few years have at it 😀 that’s just not how we roll.

We run over 60s specific training because we care about preventative health and know just how important healthy social outings like the gym can be.

Why you need to lift weights if you’re over 30.

After the age of 30, muscle decreases year on year at a rate or 1%.

Less muscle is a problem.

It means less strength, weaker joints and tendons.

Which can lead to an increase in injury risk like fractures.

Lifting weights can boost your mood, increase confidence and improve overall health & longevity.

If you aren’t lifting weights on a regular basis, this is your sign to start for the right reasons!

Huge shoutout to January’s Member of the month - the first one of 2026 who’s been smashing her 3 sessions a week since starting in October, when she was just 8 weeks postpartum 🍼

Every time she steps in the door we’re met with a smile and positivity, Niamh is always willing to help new members. 💪🏻

Niamh has lost weight, is feeling great and loves the time to herself in the gym, she’ll be well on track for her wedding 💒

We’d like to formally welcome Coach John to the Mack Fitness team.

John has over 10 years experience coaching in person in Ireland and Canada.

With a background in exercise physiology and nutrition John adds a lot to the team and is taking one to one clients in our fully private gym.

If you’re an early bird getting your workouts in before work John will be keeping you motivated and supported in every session.
