Delighted to announce our next 6 week challenge starts May 5th!
6 weeks of small group personal training in a private gym in Claregalway where there’s no ego, no waiting for machines and no gym anxiety.
All you have to do is show up, we’ll handle the rest 🤝
Over the 6 weeks you will:
Learn how to lift weights properly and safely while getting stronger than you’ve ever been.
Will get fitter, move better and have more energy.
Will build muscle and tone up.
And you aren’t tied into anything. 6 weeks to give it a go and see the results for yourself!
We have places available in our 6:50am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm sessions Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Or 5 or 6pm Tuesday and Thursdays
