Happy Sunday Eve ☀️☀️☀️

I've had some enquiries about what days I would be hosting these circles so I was thinking Monday evenings or Thursday evenings?
(I may also do on-line if that appeals too)

Let me know through DM's what evenings suit best.

It's a beautiful safe space to gather & just let go & let the collective energy do the talking & allow the energy of Reiki to do it's thing for the group in all its goodness.

You will feel energised, refreshed & more confident about life in general 💕

Happy Saturday 💕

We often, unknown to ourselves, take on other people's energy. We often take on negative, angry, sad, jealous energy from other people that can lead us to feeling drained & unsure why we feel this way.

We have interactions with people every single day & although, thankfully, alot of it can be good, normal positive interactions, we also have it the other way.

Sometimes we feel like we wish we could avoid people, wanting to be left in peace but it's often that we are just drained from the negative energy around us from people , places & situations.

I see this alot with clients I have worked with & I give them simple steps to release some of that energy & show them how to "clean" their energy when feeling drained.
Usually after a Reiki session the client starts to feel lighter & sometimes they may come back for more clearing & to lighten the load more.

Get out into the fresh air as much as you can this weekend & give your body a moment to rest & refresh 💕

All lessons & diversions to make you Stop. Pause. Think. Go again.

We have different versions of ourselves. Finding who we are at different points in our lives. We are growing & learning along the way & will be doing so until our journey ends.
Love each version of yourself because it taught you something. It was all part of the learning process.
You were never "wrong" or "weak" or "too much" or "too little" or "too strong" or "too loud" "too outgoing" or "too shy".

Happy Sunday Eve ☀️☀️☀️

I'm open tomorrow morning at 9 am for bookings for on-line (Distant) Reiki energy sessions & In-person Reiki energy sessions & on-line readings.

I have spent my week off in Barcelona in Spain. Beautiful place & so much to see & now I'm back refreshed & reenergized & ready to accompany & support you all on your journey of self discovery & healing & learning.

I'm looking forward to the week's & months ahead & working with many more of you as it is a pleasure & an honour to meet so many people who wish to share their story with me & trust me to guide them & support them as they rediscover their own healing tools & rediscover who they are & who they are meant to be.

Why wait?

There will never be a "right" time. We are always waiting for something bigger, better, for the right time. Waiting to "feel" better. Putting everything in the distant future.
Move past the fear (you are More than capable so trust yourself & the universe)
Start Now.
Start Today.

Take that first step & then keep taking more steps until you feel comfortable & alive & happy & confident & then you'll wonder why you didn't do it before, but that's ok, you're doing it Now.

Trust me, I've been there & working on myself & working on my energy & trusting myself as a Reiki energy practitioner, got me to where I always wanted to be. 💜💜💜

I just Love this! Anyone can hit rock bottom & once there, you can only go up again.

You think you're stuck? You think you're at a dead end?
Turn around.
Try another route.

There is Always a way to move & which way you move is your choice.

At my Reiki sessions we can talk about other routes to take if you're feeling stuck or if you feel that you've reached rock bottom.

We can get your energy moving & clear your old stagnant energy which can get stuck in our energetic bodies & can affect us mentally, emotionally, spiritually & physically. Mind body & soul.

Energy moves & can be moved through energy work.
These are only temporary phases that we go through in life remember.
They are only chapters in your life.
Once one book finishes, start writing another one.
