Happy Monday ✨

Just like the changing seasons & now with Autumn here it is time for us too to let go.

Let go of our "leaves".

Let go of the old stagnant energy that's been hanging around us & within us for so long. Old & stale & past it's sell by date.

It's now time for you. To put everyone else aside for now & give yourself that much need time & space. To have space for You & concentrate on You.

Work through what needs working through.
Talk about what needs to be said.
Talk so you can be heard.
Open up. Let go.

Release what needs releasing.
Call people into your life that you need on this journey to help, support & guide you back to yourself. Back to the strong, capable, confident person that is You.

Just as the trees release their leaves, ready for new life to spring into action in March, so should we.
Release the old to make way for the new.
A beautiful new clean energy around us & within is. A renewal of life again.
A reminder that's it's Never too late to start again. To try again. To begin again.

Happy Thursday evening ✨

Sometimes we can't hear or see because our energy centers/chakras are blocked.

To see clearly, to feel good about ourselves from the inside out & to hear what the Universe is telling us we need to have our energy flowing freely.

Energy sessions can be as important as a visit to the doctor or an appointment for a massage or classes of mediation amongst others.

All of which are important to our wellbeing.

Energy sessions work with our mind body & soul. Mentally, emotionally spiritually & physically.

The key is to remember your strength.
Remember you are strong. Sometimes you have to dig deep to find your strength but it's there & remember, more importantly, your Worth.

You Are Worthy.

You are as Worthy as anybody else, not less worthy.
You are also important to You.
Your strength & self love & healthy sense of self matters to You.

You Are Enough.

This is your one life!
Live it!
Stop giving a Sh about what anyone else thinks.

Whatever you are going through in life, it's ok to take the knock, learn any lessons you need to learn, but it's way more important to Bounce back.

Wherever you are, it's going to be Ok 💜

As an energy therapist I offer In-Person sessions where you come to my Reiki space & walk into an atmosphere of calm, safety & relaxation.

Beautiful, relaxing, sometimes powerful, sometimes it feels like letting go & drifting off to another world in a calming beautiful way 💛

I also offer Distance energy sessions, to anywhere in Ireland or anywhere in the world because energy is energy & like our mobile phones, we can connect with anyone, anywhere, through energy & that's what I do.

Maybe you live too far away to come to my space, maybe you don't feel able to come so whatever the reason, I can come to you through energy from the comfort of your own home.

You set the scene & put on your relaxing music & maybe light some candles (for sure 💜) & we start the session & I contact you after through WhatsApp & let you know what came up & what your energy was telling me & so forth.

It can be Intense, beautiful, calming, relaxing, it may be powerful & you may feel lighter & you may feel like a big 'release' has taken place.

Your loved ones never truly go away. Their energy remains & if you really stop & pause, you will feel it. If you remain open throughout your day, you'll see little signs. Their energy is there whether you believe or not, sometimes trying to get in touch with you through words, sounds, feelings, thoughts & even through our dreams & other people.

I myself have often sensed & seen & heard clients deceased loved ones through energy sessions.

You're never really alone. They love you & will keep watching over you when they can 🙏💕❤️🩵

As an energy therapist I always tell & show my clients that it all begins with Love. Love for ourselves. No matter what we're going through, what we've done or haven't done. What hurt or anger or frustration we feel because of people, actions or situations, it all comes back to us & how We ultimately feel about ourselves.

You are your own healer just as I am because I practise self love. ❤️
I work on my energy & I meditate. I do the best for myself because I need it & deserve it & I'm certainly worth it. Just as you are 💕
