7 Chakra Opening and Healing Meditation Classes

What is Chakra balancing?

We have access to life force energy and ideally this energy should be free-flowing throughout our body.

You will often hear of the 7 chakras. These are the main energy centres of the body. Chakra is a sanskit word for wheel or cycle. So imagine these energy centres as wheels spinning. These chakras are situated along the spine from the base of the spine up to the crown of the head.

When one of these centres becomes blocked, so its not accessing the free-flowing energy, it will eventually result in a physical, mental and/or an emotional illness.
We can also have access to too much energy so the chakra becomes overactive.

Do any of them need balancing? Maybe a few or all of them are out of balance.

We can work together to balance the chakras which will in turn improve physical, mental and emotional illness.

I am hosting a Usui Reiki Level 1 workshop on Saturday 14 August in Atlantis Castlebar

Reiki is a non-intrusive, hands-on healing technique that can be used on yourself and others. This is also a great introduction to energy healing.

Reiki level 1 introduces you to the gentle healing energy of Reiki. You will be attuned to the healing rays so you can start to explore working with Reiki. Reiki heals on all levels, spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bringing them all back into balance. You will also receive the 1st Reiki symbol which can be used to increase the power of Reiki.
