Thank you again to all who supported the SCCUL Sanctuary Tree of Lights 2025.

A Mass will be held at 7 30 this evening, at The Church of the Annunciation, Clarinbridge.

The Lights on our tree will continue to shine for your loved one's until January 7th.

Our thoughts today are with the family of writer John Quinn who passed away recently. John facilitated many creative writing sessions in the Sanctuary over the years. The Sanctuary is surrounded by nature and many types of birds including wagtails. To this day, the wagtails always seem to be having a look to see what is happening inside. This got John thinking creatively! The poem "The Wagtail Explains" has been a central feature of our therapy days since 2017. We think it appropriate to share it with you today. Rest in Peace John.

An honour to host some of our local senior citizens today at the Sanctuary for a Christmas party.

The day was made possible thanks to the proceeds we received from Clarinbridge Market Day fundraising last September. Great to see some of the Market Day 'characters' with us today.

Look forward to hosting Eamon Community Spirit Drumming tomorrow, all welcome!

Community Spirit Drumming Circle and Meditation the Attitude of Gratitude workshop

Is on 14th December from 2.30-5.30pm in the Sccul Sanctuary, Clarinbridge. Co Galway

We also have a special guest one of our own Jenny Clarke is going to do 20 minutes slot of Heartmath with us . Its a simple practice that helps people settle into their hearts, calm the mind, and feel more connected. Creating a deeper sense of gratitude and presence .
Can we all bring a male/female present and we put them on the table and take another one. Max cost 10 euros

This is a free event to everyone who has supported me the past while. I have the Attitude of Gratitude for all of you. I am very greatful for all the support, healings, hugs and messages
