I hold an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from UCC and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Integrative Clinical Psychotherapy from Turning Point Institute, Dublin. Further qualifications include a Diploma in Psychology of Counselling and a B. Ed from NUI Galway. I have the professional experience to support you in working through issues such as trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, shame, relationship challenges, work and educational pressures, menstrual cycle issues, perimenopause and menopause, LGBTQ+, neuro-divergence (ADD, ADHD, Autistic Spectrum), and physical manifestations of chronic stress.
