I will be holding a demonstration on QiGong, Breathwork and Mudras tomorrow at 12pm at
Wellfest by the Sea in Youghal, presented by Youghal Talks
on Saturday, 9 August, Greenpark, Youghal
Full event runs from 10am to 5pm
Family Fun, Kids Zone, Youghal Community Market, Mental Health Stands, Family Fun, along with activities and talks.
Have a stand at the event also as part of the market, so pop along and say hello.
