This is what a herniated disk looks like, as you can see here it's pressing on the nerve. This pressure is the cause of so called 'trapped nerve pain' which can then cause radiating pain down the pathway of the affected nerve. Acupuncture is a well tested modulator of nerve pain.

Welcome to Fenwest Acupuncture Clinic at Lough Fadda House.
I have been delighted to be working with both new and long time clients today on my first day in my new space. Its super quiet, except for the birdsong, and there's lots of natural light as we watch the trees come into leaf from our window. Other bonuses include on site parking and a beautiful drive from town and you can take a walk to the lake after to really let your treatment sink in. Here's to new beginnings, again!
