I am a qualified Yoga Instructor & have been practicing & teaching yoga for many years. Teaching mainly group classes & private 1-1 yoga tuition. A Yoga practice involves movement and postures, concentrating on breathing and meditation. Regular Practice will lead to better health, flexibility, strength and stamina. A feeling of calm and peace mentally and will help to release anxiety, stiffness and emotional instability “The purpose of yoga is to create strength, awareness and harmony in both mind and body”.
