Our Story
I am a qualified Yoga Instructor & have been practicing & teaching yoga for many years.
Teaching mainly group classes & private 1-1 yoga tuition.
A Yoga practice involves movement and postures, concentrating on breathing and meditation. Regular Practice will lead to better health, flexibility, strength and stamina.
A feeling of calm and peace mentally and will help to release anxiety, stiffness and emotional instability
