Celebrating 39 Years of Light and Service
For nearly four decades, the Institute for Inner Studies (IIS) has been a vessel for transformation—made possible by the dedication, generosity, and quiet service of countless individuals around the world.
Founded in 1987 by Master Choa Kok Sui, IIS continues to uphold and share the teachings of Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, and his other spiritual practices. But beyond the teachings themselves, it is the people—instructors, healers, volunteers, and practitioners—who have brought them to life.
Through their time, effort, and unwavering commitment, these teachings have reached millions, offering healing, clarity, and a path toward a more meaningful life. Each act of service, no matter how small, has helped build and sustain this work across generations.
As we mark 39 years, we do so with deep gratitude—for those who have walked this path, those who continue to serve, and those who are just beginning their journey.
This milestone is not only a reflection of the past, but a reminder that the light continues through all who choose to share it.
