Firstly, Iโd like to express my sincere thanks for your continued support and loyalty. Itโs been a pleasure to care for so many of you, and Iโm incredibly grateful that the clinic is now fully booked weeks in advance.
With that in mind, I want to inform you of two important updates:

Due to ongoing demand and limited availability, I will no longer be offering house calls. This decision has not been made lightly, but focusing exclusively on clinic-based appointments allows me to provide the highest standard of care in a more structured setting.
๐ฆถ๐ผ ๐ฎ. ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐
I completely understand that life is unpredictable โ plans change, and unexpected things come up. We always do our best to accommodate changes, provided weโre given enough notice to adjust the schedule accordingly.
However, when appointments are missed without notice, it results in a lost opportunity for someone else who may have been waiting weeks for care.
To help manage this, I kindly ask that a ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐บ๐๐บ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฐ ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐โ ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ is given for cancellations or rescheduling.
If sufficient notice is not provided, ๐ฎ ๐ฑ๐ฌ% ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฒ will apply and must be settled before any future appointments can be booked.
These changes are in place to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and fair access for all patients.
