We have confirmed our course for this year!!
For any new runners/walkers it runs from the Dreadnots GFC pitches into the village across the Callystown road and returning the same route to our finish line at the pitches 🏁
Warm up available on our track before the race to keep the roads as clear as possible.

This reasonably flat course is ideal for personal best attempts, walkers, kids and those with buggies😊

Our Juvenile teams are using our walking track to train Tuesdays and Thursdays but this will be open to all Club members over the Christmas Holidays and every evening right up to Raceday!

So no excuse not to get involved folks and make 2026 your year.🙌

We are delighted to announce the return of Clogherhead Seaside 5K Roadrace 2026 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Registration is now open so make sure not to miss out, if you were unlucky last year.
This event sells out and the new T-shirt design is second to none! (200 only, adults only)

The funds raised from our annual event to date will go towards big developments in Dreadnots GFC grounds we are currently planning and have in the last few weeks received planning approval.

The chipped 5K Road Race will take place on Sunday the 8th of February at 12pm, starting and finishing at the Dreadnots pitch ⚫🔴
The course will be ideal for runners, walkers, kids and those with buggies👟
T-shirts free for first 200 registered only.

✔€10 Juvenile Entry (ages 13 to 17)

As things stand, our Annagassan Viking 10k Run IS going ahead. We are monitoring the situation hour by hour and are on high alert with the weather warnings given. We are listening to the advise being issued and will provide more information as the day progresses.
