✨Have been feeling super honoured, excited, and just a little bit sparkly ever since I got my finalist cert in the post a few weeks ago…✨

So grateful to be a finalist among such inspiring women. 🥰 And Friday was an incredible day of celebrating incredible woman and sunshine (remember sunshine ☀️) and a little bit of a breeze! 😬

Despite not bringing home an award, I’m still walking taller just for being part of it. ❤️

So… here’s to showing up, shining in our own way, and celebrating every version of success 💫

✨ I’m SO excited to share that I’m a finalist in the Network Ireland West Cork Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2025 — in the Networker of the Year category!! ☀️💃🎉

I only joined Network Ireland last year… and honestly? I couldn’t have imagined how much it would shift things for me — both in my business and personally.

From barely being able to talk about what I do…
👉 to now sharing my passion proudly
👉 mentoring other women
👉 joining the committee
👉 and connecting with the most incredible humans 💕

This nomination feels like such a celebration of how much this community has supported me to grow, stretch, and step out of my comfort zone — over and over again.

Thank you so much to for this recognition — I’m SO looking forward to the celebrations in a few weeks time 💫

Huge thank you to for including me in the amazing EmpowerHer event that took place on 2nd March in Bantry!

Was a wonderful day, and I learnt so much! ❤️ Spending the day with likeminded super smart women is always a day well spent! 🥰

It is a privilege to get to menopause and I’m nearly excited to experience the ‘fires of transformation’ (thanks )!

As always self care is key! And dressing to feel good can be a part of that self care! How have you showed up for yourself today? ❤️

How many times have you described someone as ‘stylish?’ 💅🏼

If you reflect now- do you think that same person has personal style or just knows how to wear an outfit? 🤔

Wondering whether you have your personal style locked down - here are some tips to knowing! 🌈

If you look into the wardrobe do you feel like everything could potentially go with everything else? 🫣
If everything is a jumble of different things or items only go with specific things then there’s some work to do! 🌸

Another indication… do people ever say to you ‘OMG I saw something the other day and I was like ‘it was totally you?’
When your style is recognisable to others, that’s a great indication that you have stamped your identity onto your style! ❤️❤️❤️

The caveat to this is if you see the item, and think wtf is my friend talking about… 🤣🤣🤣

✨ If you’re not sure if you’ve got personal style nailed, then get excited about the style journey ahead of you! And I’m super excited to be here for your journey!✨

Wondering why it matters?

Aside from feeling and looking incredible in your outfits (which is pretty fu***ng awesome in itself)
✨Your wardrobe is cohesive!
✨ Getting dressed is a million times easier!
✨ Waste less money shopping for clothes
✨ Never having that uncomfortable feeling of not being yourself in your clothes…
✨ confidence will radiate from you!!

Long past my clubbing days I was still picking up party dresses, because they were fun to buy!

You can still have fun out shopping; and it is so much better when you are buying clothes that you love and actually get to wear all the time! ❤️💕❤️

First place to start is with a wardrobe declutter! Your wardrobe should only contain clothes you love and make you feel great… 💃🏽

If you instantly recognise what I am talking about when I say 'the chair' then this blog post is for you! 🪑

My 'chair' is actually a cute velvet box but to be honest I didn't see it from one end of the week to another. There were cute cushions on top - I didn't see them either. Everything was covered in a big pile of clothes and it was from this 'pile' that I chose my outfits... like a really awful capsule wardrobe 😅

One of the first things I have any of my clients do is a wardrobe clearout. So many of us have a packed wardrobe, with clothes in there we have even forgotten we bought... in order to start afresh, you need to do start with detox 😀

🦋It can feel scary - but you need to face the fear! 🦋

Once you know what you have - you can find out what is missing, and start to cultivate a wardrobe that you love, and more importantly feels like YOU!
