Flow Pilates West Cork was established by Aisling Mc Auliffe, offering individually tailored Pilates classes in Bandon, Clonakilty and Ballincollig to meet the specific needs of different clients. Aisling teaches beginners and more advanced classes, over 50's Pilates, and specialises in Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates. Private classes are also available. Pregnancy Pilates 6.30 - 7.30pm
Intermediate level 7.30 - 8.30pm
Beginner/Post Natal 8.30 - 9.30pm

Wednesday mornings, Clonakilty - Gentle Flow(older adults/post natal) 11 - 12
