2 days to go....
Hey guys,
This weekend, i'll be cycling Galway to Dublin to raise money for Crumlin's Childrens Hospital and their Straight Ahead charity.
A bit different this year, as im cycling it with my mam :)

This charity is amazing. All staff and surgeons give their time for free to provide these life changing operations.
This year's aim is to buy the first EOS scanner in the country.
This scanner will greatly reduce the amount of radiation the kids are exposed to during their treatment and reduces the time they have to spend in x-ray.
Instead of having that extra pint, why not put the money to good use :)

Sooo busy over the last few days, I didn't get a chance to post over the weekend.
The business park was absolutely buzzing this weekend.
TRX Evolution completely out the door for the 2 days, Kickstart Wellness Centre totally hopping all weekend, Colette in the hair salon run off her feet and i was flat out in the clinic for the 2 days.
Safe to say, our first Fitness and Wellness weekend was a total success.
Then last night, Kickstart Wellness was packed again for the start of the next wave for our 90 Day Body Transformation.
An amazing couple of days.
