I haven't posted this in a very long while! Top pics are me starting my journey! (They child in my arm is now 16!)

Bottom 3 photos are where I am getting back too!!!!

I have 4 stone still lost and another 3 or 4 to go! But yes I am human and sometimes life stops us in our tracks and it blows us back!

But what makes a stronger you is picking yourself up dusting those crumbs off and grabbing that again!
