Poise Pilates Pilates & Fitness Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on strengthening the core postural muscles that are essential in supporting the spine.

Core strength refers to the deep internal muscles of the abdomen and back which, when working efficiently, improve body awareness and posture. Our classes are fun and challenging, each week aims to build on your core strength while creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere to come and enjoy an hour or so away from the daily grind. You'll leave class feeling stronger, looser and more relaxed. Each class lasts approximately 50 minutes and it is suitable for almost everyone, our classes are a mixture of beginners and intermediate students, some of whom have been coming to class consistently for two years!!! I also provide private and semi-private Pilates classes as well as personal training classes. Poise Pilates is based in the BMA Academy of Health & Fitness Centre. The Centre offers a wide range of classes and complementary therapies.
