CUPPING THERAPY - What are the dark circles?

NEW POST after reading an article in Irish Independent about cupping and dark marks in the skin.

Cupping is a medical practice where cups are placed on parts of the body to create a suction effect which raises the skin and draws the blood to the surface. This is a very interesting question.

Weight Loss or Weight Management becomes a challenge as we're getting older: it seems harder and harder to lose those lbs when it was much easier to manage on our 20s.
