Quick update:

Dear friends,

Change to Opening Hours: after careful consideration, I've decided to change the opening hours in the clinic.

As you know, all bookings are by appointment however I'm also available in the clinic for dropping by in-site for free consultations in regards of how acupuncture can help on your condition, selling a huge range of herbal medicine, massage or reflexology.

That's why the opening hours are going to change starting on Mon 16th from:

Mon-Fri 7am-8pm / Sat 1pm-3pm

To:

Mon-Fri 7am-5pm / Sat 1pm-3pm

Does it mean I'm not doing late shifts after 5pm?

NO. I am still available for bookings however you won't be able to book online. Instead you'll need to reach out by phone or WhatsApp 089 400 5106 or email me at info@acurodos.ie to find a suitable time.

Google Hours will still show from 7am to 7:30pm. Hours on my website too.

I am available at any time as long as it is convenient for both of us: this means I've treated (and still treating) patients at 6, 8 or even 10pm late night! Just reach out over the phone.

Subjective tinnitus is the most common type of tinnitus, characterized by the perception of sound in the absence of external acoustic stimulation.

It is typically described as ringing, buzzing, roaring, or clicking sounds that only the individual can hear, meaning it cannot be detected by a doctor or through advanced listening devices.

Interestingly, TCM consider Tinnitus a double cause: In TCM, tinnitus is typically linked to a Deficiency in Kidney Qi, Yin or Yang, leading to a disruption in the nourishment of the ears.

Or, conversely, Excess conditions, such as Liver Yang Rising, can also lead to tinnitus, where the upward flaring of Yang energy causes a disharmonious sound.

Either way, a combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine is required with a weekly monitoring of the condition to fix the unbalance.

Plantar Fasciitis is the thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes. Plantar Fasciitis occurs when this tissue becomes inflamed and irritated, either at the insertion into the heel bone causing heel pain, or along the sole of the foot causing pain between the heel and the toes.

It is often sorer first thing in the morning, initially when getting out of bed, after sitting for long periods of time or on standing after periods of inactivity: irracional assuming we don't walk during rest/sleep times.

This fact can be explained by a poor blood circulation which causes the pain (either traumatic or non-traumatic). Also it is a symptom on an imbalanced immune system based on TCM.
