Sensational Kids, the award-winning social enterprise and charity, is delighted to announce that they received €3082.00 following the successful Newbridge Silverware exclusive Fashion Show in Newbridge last week.

Today’s White House event on autism was filled with dangerous claims and misleading information that sends a confusing message to parents and expecting parents and does a disservice to autistic individuals.

We know autism is complex, highly variable and increasingly linked to genetics. Individualized plans, often involving a combination of developmental, behavioral, educational and social-relational strategies, can help improve outcomes that are meaningful to individuals and families. We also need and welcome additional investments in federally funded research to better support families of autistic children.

Families who have questions about their child’s medications, autism care plans or other health care should consult with their pediatrician or health care provider.

Located in the centre of Clones, County Monaghan, our custom-built clinic offers access to individual assessment or therapeutic intervention as well as education and training services from our paediatric occupational therapy team.

Sensational Kids Child Development Centre, located in Clones, County Monaghan is a premier custom built Child Development Centre offering accessible, affordable and timely intervention services for children and adolescents of all ages, and all abilities, including those with additional needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, DCD, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders and many other developmental delays and conditions. Sensational Kids child development services are provided to families of all means, and are supported by grants, fundraising, donations and proceeds from our training workshops and child development store, so that we can provide an eminent service that is accessible to all.

Fitted with specialist sensory integration resources, our Monaghan Child Development Centre in Clones, provides a family centred custom built environment to facilitate maximum outcomes for children.

Facilities at our Monaghan Child Development Centre include
