Are you an early morning person??

I know I sure am 😎 and here’s why👇👇

Getting up early for me just means I get more done to prepare me for the day ahead!
For example this morning- up at 6am,
✅Tidy the house
✅Kids uniform & bags ready for school
✅Washing done and hung out 😵‍💫
✅Family Dinner prepared
✅My own training done

And all before the kids get up and before I go to work😎

Just means I’ll not be stressed all day rushing to get things done and then grabbing the quickest meals for handiness, plus I get my s**t done without the kids annoying me 🫣🤣🤣🤣

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail👌
Early to bed early to rise 😎

Why am I a LADIES ONLY specialist coach ??

Simple ..

I don’t want or need lots and lots of clients .. I want to do a REALLY good job with the ladies I have . I’m not “ just another PT “ , counting reps , copy and paste plans and a one size fits all approach.

I put my HEART and SOUL into what I do here. I just absolutely love it. I want my clients to know they have my full attention AND get RESULTS that “ run of the mill “ coaching doesn’t produce 😉

Everything I’ve been through in my own journey I realise now has prepared me for this ...

Helping ladies when ....

✅ They struggle to find the time to look after their health

✅ They can’t t get their head around what foods are best to fuel their body and work towards their goals but don’t cost the earth AND work for their families too

✅ They want to build a STRONG and TONED physique rather than just lose weight

✅ They have tougher days when everything is a struggle and it would be easy to throw the towel in

You can’t always go by the scales ⚖️

This is one of my lovely online clients, she was a bit disappointed when the scales moved up , but here is what she had to say in her own words 👇👇👇

“Soooo Danielle weighted this morning and had half lb on . But I wasnt having it !!! Scales aren’t always a reflection of how hard we’ve worked . Had a very good week and felt great this mirn ( before the scales. So I decide to try on pair of trousers I’ve been trying to get into”

Those pictures are only 2 weeks apart!! Amazing 🤩

I know she has been putting in the effort, sticking to the meal plan, working, going to gym classes and getting her steps in (she never sits 🤣)

So when the scales moved up she was a bit disappointed and I get it! I would be too, but this is why I make sure all my clients take pictures to compare, because the scales can mess with your head 🫣

The pictures speak for themselves 👌

She has a holiday in a few weeks and will be well on her way to be feeling confident in a bikini again 👙 🍹

My lovely online client all the way over in America 🇺🇸 Just finished up on her 12 week programme this week with a drop of just over 7lbs 🤗👏🏽

This lady was stuck in a rut and wanted to get back in training and eating properly again, so she got stuck into my online program with home workouts and some gym workouts too😎

She still enjoyed her nights out at the weekend and had a few functions within these 12 weeks🫠 but still managed to keep her food on point and still train 💪🏽

My program is designed for a healthy lifestyle change and no quick fix’s!!
Everything in moderation 👌

It’s not just about counting your reps or writing nutrition plans ...

I’ve been working hard with my ladies to make sure they’re making time for themselves too !

SERIOUSLY ,, it’s a big issue ladies.

Life is crazy busy . We’re spinning so many plates at once . Trying to please everyone. Constantly saying “ Yes “ .. I’ll do that ,, “ Yes “ I’ll make that ..

When you’re constantly saying YES to others it can mean you’re actually saying NO to yourself and that’s not good.

One of my ladies pointed out this week that if it wasn’t for her sessions with me she literally would have ZERO time to herself .

This leads to little or no exercise . Grabbing food in the go , snacking through the entire day and never feeling full or satisfied. Constantly feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and drained.

Our HEALTH is our WEALTH but if you’re not taking that seriously then you’ll know about it at some point.

I never for one minute thought I’d be mindset coaching my clients but whatever it takes girls ,, I’ll be doing it !! I’ve got your back ...

And if that means helping you structure some time out for yourself for the sake of your health then I’m your woman 💪💪
