My yummy quick and easy family chicken curry 🍛

* 2 tbsp olive oul
* 1 onion thinly sliced
* 2 garlic clovescrushed
* thumb-sized piece of ginger grated
* 4 chicken breast
* 3 tbsp medium spice paste(tikka works well)
* 400g can chopped tomatoes
* 100g Greek yogurt
* 1 small bunch of corianderleaves chopped

Method
Add your oil to the pan and add ginger, garlic, onion and get off then pop in your diced chicken and give it a mix.
Add in your curry paste and mix then add in your tomatoes and let simmer on a low heat for 20 mins.

Turn off the gas, add in your yoghurt and serve up 😎👌

Are the foods you’re eating fueling you or doing you harm?

You can’t out train a bad diet 👏🏽

You can train all you want but if your nutrition isn’t in check and not eating high quality foods, your body won’t ever show it👌

A lot of those “fitness” foods you see - the protein bars, the protein crisps, protein cookies, etc are labeled as high protein and good for building muscle BUT take a look at the ingredients😭

Most are packed with artificial crap AND they don’t even have that much protein in them ❌

Those types of foods will cause harm to your gut (cause digestion issues and bloating), destroys your energy and gains‼️

You can’t build quality muscle with bad fuel⛽️

WHOLE FOODS are the WAY to go!
✅Stock up on lean proteins, whole grains and healthy fats.
✅Track your food and make sure each meal is a nutrient dense, high protein meal!

You will feel AND see the difference!

I’m beyond grateful to each and every one of you who commented , shared my posts , messaged me congratulations or wished me well in any way.

And to all those amazing ladies who made my new gym such an inspiring place to be this week .. you’ve made me so happy and proud.

What a week ! I’ve pumped in the big hours since Monday and it was worth every second😎👌

I’ve had the most thoughtful gifts , the most encouraging comments and just seeing you all LOVE what I’ve created does my heart good 😊

✅ PT is full ,, a waiting list is in operation

✅ ONLINE COACHING is flying ! I’ve a couple of spaces available if you want to seriously finish this year strong 💪🏽
