This is quite a common complaint & if got in time, Massage can be very beneficial

Sciatic pain is brutal to say the least, that stabbing pain that runs from your lower back & down through your bum cheek into ur leg or legs 🥵

Have you suffered for months or perhaps years…..

As we look back on 2025 & all the hopes, dreams & plans we had on January 1st.....

Did they all come true 🤔

Possibly like alot of years in our lives some did, some didn't & some proved to be a little harder to achieve than we thought.....

We've all loved & we've lost.... we've laughed & we've cried....we've celebrated our wins & we've wondered "why" when things didn't go our way...

Believe it or not we're all in this together, no one is winning at it all the time, no matter how perfrct their social media looks 😵‍💫.... we're all having good days & bad days...

So as you look back on 2025, yes, there was s**t times & you survived them, you overcome the obstacles, you kept going 💪

2 days to go & I hope they're kind to us all 😎
