Here's a quick tip to enable you to overcome the daily struggle of the Covid-19 quarantine:

->Live in day tight compartments

We have limited access to the outside world, a lot of resources which we usually would have access to are obviously gone.
If you think of this particular overwhelming reality all at once, you can become weighed down.

The simple but effective antidote to this, is to nail your daily routine. Win the battle that is in front of you. Ask yourself, "what do I have to do right now to have a good day?"

"Don't stare at the summit of the mountain, stare at your boots"

At the moment, the world is suffering. But the reality is, we are all in this together. There is nothing anyone can do about about it.

Here's a simple & great way to reduce depression & feel a sense of meaning in your life:

People often separate pursuits of the body & pursuits of the mind. The reality is, if you want to achieve amazing mental health, you must achieve great great physical health. You must be in shape physically to be in shape mentally. When you lose fat & achieve sub 10% body fat, when you gain strength every week in the gym. You create a new, stronger person! Depression can't stand this!

Safety & security are part of our human needs. The current global pandemic is impacting on our ability to feel a sense of safety with our jobs, finances & families.
