Pumpkin to scream about… 😉 these scary-cute spuds are the perfect Halloween snack for a monster bash 🦇🎃!

Here’s how 🪄:
👩‍🍳 Slice your potatoes (not too thick)
👉 Microwave for 1:30 to soften
🎃 Cut into pumpkin shapes
🌶️ Sprinkle with paprika
✨ Spritz your air fryer
🔥 Cook at 190ºC for 12–15 mins (turning as needed)

Here’s a great way to reduce food waste, saving €€€ s and the planet: If you’ve made a tomato sauce for pasta, rather than freezing it as a complete pasta meal, freezing the sauce separately gives you more ways to reuse it. It could be spiced up for a chilli 🌶️, become minestrone soup 🥣, or even pizza-top 🍕 a chicken breast!.

Looking for something sweet 🍬? Why not try our quick and easy 2 Syn strawberry trifles 🤩. All you need to do is 👨‍🍳:

1️⃣ layer 4 bowls with chopped strawberries and pour over a made-up 11.5g sachet of sugar-free jelly 🍓.
2️⃣ mix a 150g pot of light custard with 150g quark to make your middle layer 🍨.
3️⃣ top with a dollop of fat free natural yogurt and more strawberries 😍
