Anyone who has visited the clinic in the past few weeks will have seen or heard about the Wagtail at the front door, well in breaking news…. I now also have a Pheasant out back, at the Patio Door. It’s tapping like the Wagtail and seems very comfortable here as just stares at me when I try to chat! 😉☯️✨

All my years of wishing the best of luck to my Leaving Cert clients and telling them that one exam does not define you and this year- I was one of the Mammys anxiously waiting for results this morning. Still have to say that one exam does not define you and I am so proud of all my clients, but please bare with me over the next few days if I’m a little slow to respond to messages as I’m celebrating my own daughter Heather’s results and I am so grateful. 🙏 ☯️🥰

To all my health coaching, kinesiology and mindfulness clients, I want to wish you and yours a very Happy and Healthy Christmas and a Bright and Prosperous New Year.

I thank you all for your trust, kindness, support and friendship throughout the year. I am forever grateful for referrals to family and friends and am amazed at the strength, resilience and inquisitiveness of all I meet! ☯️

An extra special family time this Christmas as my daughter Heather turns 18 on Sunday. I know a lot of you have been with me and heard stories of my girls since they were in Primary School. I couldn’t do this without them. 🤗

I hope you get to enjoy some you time and time out over the next while and I look forward to getting back to you in the New Year.
