Couch to 5K starting Monday March 2nd.. 🏃‍♂️

If you have always wanted to start running but didn’t know where to start, then this could be for you.

Start your running journey in a non competitive environment but with the support of Clonmel Athletic Club behind you.

The initial period will be 8 weeks, on Mondays and Wednesdays at the track in Clonmel. You will need to be a member of the club and this will also allow you to continue training after the 8 week period.
