We are delighted to announce that Kathryn joins us from New Zealand, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in private practice physiotherapy. She has extensive knowledge in treating a wide range of sports and work-related injuries, as well as providing pre and post-operative rehab and managing those pains that arise without an obvious cause.

Thinking to run a marathon in the new year? Now is the right time to join a coach, training group, athletic club. At Premier Runners/Premier Running Academy you get a tailored training program to suit your lifestyle and all the advice you need to have a successful race.
Those who signed up to run the Dublin city marathon in October, now is the time to start working with a coach.
There are 12 spaces available to sign up and the deadline will end at the end of January. It consists of 2 blocks January to May and June to October. The months of January and June are free of charge. For more info contact PM here.
