We treat people to enable them to have healthy nails and feet so that they can do the things they want to do by giving them a clinic based professional and efficient footcare service.This includes the treatment of common foot conditions including Corns, Callus (Hard Skin), Ingrown Toenails and Fungal Nails. We also do Cosmetic Podiatry including the Lacuna Method for the treatment of Fungal Nails.

I am volunteering with the charity Forgotten feet, providing free foot health to the homeless alongside my colleagues from the end of May. As part of this, I am looking for donations of trainers:
Mens size 8 to 11 and Ladies size 5 to 8
Preferably clean, no holes, etc - something you've fell out of love with but would be suitable for someone else.
I will be supplying a new pair of socks with every pair of trainers donated.
Please drop to / contact The Foot Care Centre, opposite Dunnes Oakville before the end of May.

New week starting, why not join our Couch to 5k group and start your journey to running 5k with a structured approach - amongst like minded people.

Clonmel AC Fit4Life are starting a new 8 week Couch to 5 km plan on Monday 17th April. Join Clonmel AC (membership link in comments) and come along to join us at 6:30 pm.
Donna & Áine will be your leaders for the 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks you progress to our weekly Fit4Life group for weekly running training sessions . 💎
