We are seeing more and more people who are feeling exhausted, despite feeling that they are doing less than "normal". This is completely understandable. Everyone is running out of steam and feeling the effects of such prolonged uncertainty, fear and worry. Go gently with yourself. If you can muster up a little energy, try something new this week (a new walk, a new book, online yoga, meditation- check out the Headspace guide on netflix)
