Hi and welcome.
I’m Emma Creed, counsellor and psychotherapist (B.A. Hons, IACP member).

For many years I’ve worked alongside people at different stages of life—in cancer support services, student counselling centres, and disability and autism services. These experiences have deepened my belief that everyone deserves a safe and understanding space to be heard and to find their own way forward.

I’m delighted to join Nádúr Wellness Centre Clonmel for in-person appointments, and I also offer online sessions. In these settings I provide counselling and psychotherapy to help you heal from past hurts, find calm from stress or anxiety, navigate grief and loss, and build confidence in yourself and your relationships.

Craniosacral Therapy, developed by Dr. John Upledger, is a light touch hands on treatment which aims to release restrictions in the Craniosacral system.

The Craniosacral system includes the fluid and membranes that support and surround the brain and spinal cord. These membranes consist of fascia which surrounds and connects every structure in the body.

Craniosacral Therapy works by enhancing the body's natural healing abilities. It also works on the principle that there is no disconnect between the physical and emotional body, they are always communicating with each other. Treatment can be applied anywhere on the body.

Treatment aims to facilitate the release of restrictions and tensions, which can arise from life experiences, and the emotions associated with them.
