Yoga classes available now. The yoga room caters for women - max 3 per class. Several options available *The private class *Beginners and intermediate *Workshop - design your own class with a friend or two. At 121yoga we combine the ancient practice and principles of yoga with "how are WE designed to move" Yoga gives you a sense of feeling strong, increased mobility, energized yet calm and relaxed. Class start with centering, followed by a varied workout and the practice ends with guided meditation๐

After 28 years of practicing Hatha Yoga, I took the big leap in January of 2016 and enrolled with Andrea Everingham Academy of Yoga Manchester. My training included study of anatomy which has served to enhance my understanding of Yogas effect on the human body.
My first Yoga teacher, 85 years old at the time, was a huge inspiration to me and proof that it is never to late to start your Yoga journey. "The journey of a thousand miles - begin with ONE step." Thank you Maggie Crosse for all you support and kindness - 20 years of yoga Mondays.
I love teaching classes which are both invigorating and calming, that will show clients how yoga can bring better functioning bodies through alignment, strength and flexibility. All my classes finish off with guided meditation.
Classes in the yoga room are by arrangement, either private 121 or groups of up to 3 women. I also do workshops!
29.10.19 Teaching is still fun, yoga is fun. I love teaching my ladies on their mats every week. I am learning so much from them. It was the best decision to keep it small to go slow and not take on to much. Yoga is something I will do for as long as I live and I will keep learning as there is no end to my yoga journey.
Two very inspiring workshops have come my way. Sarah Ramsden and her bringing anatomy and how we are meant to move to the yoga class. Dr Somer Nicole with spinal rehab and hypopressive breathing. Two brilliant teachers!
