This is a mixed class suitable for complete beginners to improvers with options given to intensify depending on experience & energy levels.

Our next long awaited Sunday Self-Care restorative yoga relaxation evening at Raheen College, Clonmel is on 10 December, 7-9pm. Bookings are open now and spaces are limited.
An opportunity before Christmas to centre and completely relax and unwind, ease body aches and pains & float home with a calm and clear mind. Suitable for all levels including complete beginners, those managing injuries or physical limitations and during pregnancy too. We will be outside on the lawns of Raheen College, Clonmel with views of the Comeragh mountains this Monday and Tuesday 7pm. If it’s raining we will be in the big hall.

It was another glorious morning for yoga in Clonea this morning. The sun shone bright and warm for us and the sea was glistening beautifully. I always feel amazing and so alive after these mornings of yoga and sea dips.
The day didn’t start off that way though! The morning felt heavy like the clouds overhead and myself were in cahoots. Then came the rain. It burst out of the heavy clouds in torrents. Sideways blizzardy rain flooding down! When this happens I imagine a shift from heaviness to lightness and brightness and bit by bit more blue as clouds part to make way for the warm sun to shine and shine it did! Singing songs of sunshine all the way down in the car 🎶 ☀️🥳
