As we start into the final term of school before exams start, I found the percentages quoted by the Minister on exam stress levels among students in this article quite alarming!

If you have a young person at home feeling overwhelmed or stressed in preparing for their Junior or Leaving Cert in June - did you know that both Reflexology and Reiki are a wonderfully natural way to help them relax and de-stress, which in turn can help them to study better and retain information with a de-cluttered mind. This in turn will help them approach their exams in a calmer, more self confident manner. 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓
