Stephanie Lyons- Kinesiology I offer a range of treatments which include Kinesiology, Healing Touch, Reiki, Rahanni, Dorn-Breuss massage.

Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology) works with the body's innate healing intelligence. Its aids the body in its natural drive to restoring balance and thus health. When everything is functioning well in our system, we feel well. The essential tool upon which Kinesiology relies is the muscle feedback system- a handy piece of wiring in ourbodies that gives instant access to the information held by the core operating unit of the body- the subconscious mind
Kinesiology in a completely non-invasive therapy and therefore clients remain fully clothed throughout the session.
