Do you ever feel like you've lost your spark? You feel exhausted, overwhelmed & burnt-out.

That's why I think it's so important to listen to our bodies, especially as women, and slow down when we feel like this🙅♀️
This is the exact time where its most important to listen to what our body craves and honour it.
Some days this takes more work than others but taking an hour or an evening out of your schedule to do what you enjoy, will help you come back to yourself again💖
And trust me I am no saint myself when it comes to slowing down but I am learning too✨
Holistic treatments can give you that hour or 90 mins to stop, breathe and reassess.
And sometimes it's all you need to feel ready to take on the world again💪
I always say as therapists we don't do the work for you, we hold space for you to come back to yourself and you are powerful🔥
