Hello everyone.

Can everyone who is attending the event please let us know if anyone has dietary requirements or a vegetarian to send an email to info@netpatientnetwork.ie

To let us know please as we need to get a number for both meals, so for the Friday night dinner and Saturday lunch.

We would like to provide some important updates regarding parking, Friday night’s dinner, and a clarification about the event agenda..

Parking Information

All attendees of the Patient Day should park in the Level -1 underground car park, where complimentary guest parking is available.
Please note:

The surface car park has a strict one-hour limit, and vehicles parked beyond this may be clamped.

There are three EV charging points in the underground car park, available for use by hotel residents.

Friday Night Dinner

The dinner will begin at 7:30 p.m. in The Plaza Suite. Members of the committee and volunteers will be on site to welcome you.

A committee member will be seated at each table to help introduce everyone and foster connections.

To help everyone get to know one another, especially members attending for the first time, we’ll have name badge stickers available at the table and again in the morning before the conference as you arrive at the conference room.

Agenda Clarification

We’d like to clarify a small error in the agenda circulated yesterday:

Lisa Cullen is no longer working in the Centre of Excellence at St. Vincent’s University Hospital and will not be in attendance.

We apologise for the oversight.

Orla Dunlevy, who took on the role in September, will be attending the event.

While she won’t be part of the panel discussion, we look forward to welcoming her.

Orla is available Monday to Friday to support all diagnosed NET patients, not just those under St. Vincent’s University Hospital. You can contact her at: netcentre@svhg.ie .

We’re looking forward to seeing you all this weekend.

Wishing you safe travels.
