Hand hygiene is still the #1 way to prevent infection—yet it’s often rushed or skipped.

In both healthcare and food environments, proper handwashing:
✔ Protects vulnerable people
✔ Prevents contamination
✔ Maintains professional standards

Ask yourself:
👉 Are your staff trained in effective hand hygiene—or just told to do it?

At GROW Training, we focus on practical, real-world safety habits that stick.

🔹 Food Safety Tip of the Week from GROW Training 🔹

Keeping food safe starts with simple habits!
This week’s tip: “Keep it clean.”

🧼 Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils before and after handling food — even fresh produce.
Cross-contamination is one of the biggest causes of foodborne illness, and a few extra seconds of cleaning can prevent it.

At GROW Training, we help professionals across Ireland build practical food safety skills that protect customers, reputations, and businesses.

✅ Train smart.
✅ Work safe.
✅ GROW with confidence.

About Grow Training

Grow Training is a small local training service that provides life skill training. originally from The Northside of Dublin with a back round is mostly in health care where our trainer started as a health care worker and worked my way up the ladder to Community Supervisor and then to Care Manager. Working in this industry for over 15 years where our trainer had the responsibility for multiple areas in home care from recruitment , training to Home risk assessments and risk assessments for service users. During this period we trained as a trainer for a number of life skills to which we cascaded to carers in the companies we worked within. Our trainer has also free lanced in training for a number of other accredited centres and consultancy services nationwide. This year we decided that my passion was to train all professionals in life skills and opened Grow Training. Grow training is affiliated with accredited training centre and our CFR and FAR training is under the PHECC standards as we are PHECC approved trainers. We provide the following training:
