The ability of stepping back can be a powerful thing. If you feel the calmness slipping away. Step back, find a spot and take a pocket of time to just breath!

A pocket of time can be only half a minute or longer, whatever suits you. Use it, own it and reclaim some control for yourself. Your mind will thank you for it.

There is a misconception from some in society who think MEN should just “man up.” That talking is weak. That you should ‘’get on with it’’ 👨🧔‍♂️👴🏻

That’s simply not true! 🚫

Struggling doesn’t make you weak but staying silent doesn’t make it go away either.

Work, family, finances, life, it can all build up. But you don’t have to carry it all alone. 🙏🏻
