Christmas good will 💫❤️

I’m so delighted to let you know this fantastic news - that you our amazing Yoga community in ‘Tree of Life Yoga & Wellbeing’ has raised through our last week of donation Yoga classes
the incredible & staggering amount of €5,500.

This is a testament of your kindness & generosity.

💗Our 2 deserving charities are Marymount Hospice Cork - Cancer Care who have received €2750
& 💗Cork Simon community - for for the homeless who have also received €2750.

From my heart to yours a huge thank you to all who donated & participated in our Christmas fundraiser 2025.
Wishing you all love, light, good health & happiness this Christmas & for 2026.
Yoga classes resume from Monday 12th January.

Fantastic news everyone, our Yoga community in the Tree of Life raised the phenomenal amount of €5128 in total from our last week of donation Yoga classes just before Christmas 🎄
It’s amazing when we all come together the difference we can make to so many lives❤️
That’s €2564 each to Marymount University Hospice & €2564 also to Cork Simon Community for the homeless.

Hello everyone,
I hope you’re all enjoying the festive season 🎄🎅
Our last 4 Yoga classes this year on Tuesday 20th & Wednesday 21st December were a fund raiser for Cork Simon, the homeless.
We raised an incredible €1,745 for the charity it’s fantastic when we all come together to help make a difference for a very deserving cause so thanks so much for your kind & generous donations.

I’d like to say thanks for all your support during the past year & wishing you all a very happy, healthy & joyful new year for 2023.
Yoga classes resume from Monday 16th January & I look forward to welcoming you back on the mat for the new year ahead.

Hello everyone,
I’m so delighted & grateful to finally get back to our Yoga classes in the studio from the 20th September.
It’s been a long & challenging time but it’s onward & upwards from here 😊
I’m looking forward to welcoming you all back.
We have installed a new fresh air filtration system ensuring a clean & fresh air supply throughout the studio.
I will be complying with government regulations so only fully vaccinated can attend classes for now until further restrictions are lifted.
Thanks to all those who booked in as we await stretching, toning, strengthening & relaxing mindfully together🤗

Hi Everyone
I hope you’re all enjoying this gorgeous weather & getting out in the fresh air ☀️😎
I’d just like to say a big thanks to all you lovely souls who joined my Yoga classes on zoom over the past 8 months , I greatly appreciated your support & company every week🙏
We all deserve a summer break now to rest, rejuvenate & reenergise ourselves in nature & sunshine.
I’ve sent you a short audio Yoga class to stay connected to your practice & to help you stay flexible & supple until we return to classes in September in the studio.
I’m not forgetting all of you that participated in our Yoga classes in the new studio up to the government restrictions when we had to close last October.
I’ve missed you & the chats & our practice together & I look forward with optimism to a bright new start in September when we can all get back together again & do what we’re good at ............Yoga 🤗
I will be in touch to organise classes in August.

Hi everyone

Happy March & so good to see brighter longer days, Spring is alive & nature is flourishing.
Just checking in with you all & I hope you are coping well, feeling well & that your looking forward to good days ahead.

I’m not great for posting, but I do see some of you on our Zoom classes & it’s lovely to feel & have that connection.

Just to let you know we opened

1 YEAR AGO TODAY
What a very strange year it’s been our doors closed for most of it, open for 14 wks in year one!!
But we must feel gratitude that we’re all still here & while these are challenging times, we pick ourselves up & move onwards & upwards 😊
I miss all my yogis that I don’t see & I truly look forward to the time when we can all practice our Yoga together in the studio & enjoy a chat & a laugh together so hold strong, as humans we are resilient.

Hi Folks,
I just wanted to check in with you all & see how everyone is doing?
Let’s look at the next 6 weeks with POSITIVITY, as a rest phase to restore our health & wellbeing servicing our bodies and minds.
NOURISH yourself by getting out for walks in NATURE soak in all that wonderful Prana & energy.
Practice your YOGA & BREATHING ( if you need guidance remember my yoga classes on the ‘private groups’ on the FB page, which so many of you joined the last time).
EAT HEATHY.
CHAT to friends & stay connected.
Let’s take this 6 weeks as a sabbatical, a preparation for the good times ahead, so we can all hopefully enjoy a special Christmas with our loved ones.

Be Safe, Be Happy, Be Positive & spread the good vibes.
