This is an in-depth course for anyone who wants to learn more about mindfulness, develop a sustained practice, and explore the process of inquiry within meditation.

The group is limited to 14 participants to keep it personal and supportive.

We’ll meet one evening a week for 8 weeks, plus a half-day retreat.

Feeling like socks and jumpers can be put away for the next few months 😍 I’m definitely tuning into a more energetic flow lately, allowing the energy to run through while managing the pace. Something we don’t always talk about in yoga and mindfulness is how to handle excitement and high energy. Staying present with it can also be tricky, and we might not want to get rid of that energy either. It can be a powerful life force if we learn how to use it.✨✨✨

In this rainy weather, a little bit of movement can change the mood massively. Even “lazy yoga” can be enough. Rolling shoulders, twisting the spine, stretching in all directions, opening the chest. Whatever helps you connect to your body. Remembering that is there, and letting energy move through 💕

More classes starting on Tuesday, 6th January. Come join me for a grounding class, open to all levels. Yoga & Mindfulness from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. These sessions can be your little oasis for the week, where the lights dim, noise reduces, phones are away and you can connect with a peaceful inner space.
