Creative Calm for Carers 🎨
An Invitation for Carers at Home

We're delighted to once again partner with Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre to offer a series of 6 inspiring art workshops for family carers.
After the success of our last programme, these sessions will offer a creative and relaxing space to connect, recharge, and enjoy time for yourself.

This 6 week online programme will help you develop the skills and confidence to manage your pain, and provides you with tools to deal with symptoms such as fatigue, sleeplessness and stress.
