Sometimes we are on the verge of blossoming into a thousand flowers.
But we don't.
We are waiting. We are thinking, ”Maybe tomorrow.
I'm quite busy right now doing the same unsatisfying things I have been doing for years.
Yep, pretty busy."
Or maybe we are afraid of what will happen if we open up.
We are afraid to leave a bad situation because we've forgotten what a good one even looks like for us.
We've gotten so used to a life surrounded by unhappiness that we've convinced ourselves it's normal. After all, everyone else's life looks like this, too.
Somewhere along the way we stopped believing in our own strength and beauty.
We think we've lost it, or maybe it was never really there.
And worst of all, we've let someone else define who we are for us. We've lost who we are so we'll believe whatever anyone else tells us, even if it makes us smaller...angrier.
There are not enough voices telling us the Truth.
There are not enough voices to get through the mist that has gathered around our belief in ourselves.

Right now, let me be that Voice.
Right now, let me tell you:
You are Strong.
You are Beautiful.
You are Capable.
You are Worthy.
You have made mistakes.
You have lashed out.
You have hidden your dreams, your light, and your power.
These things are true.
These are things you have done. They are not you.
You are your Dreams.
You are your Light.
You are your Power.
You are a Miracle waiting to happen.
You are a Blessing waiting to be bestowed.
You are an example of Truth waiting to be spoken.

Isn’t it odd that once upon a time in Europe a woman could be killed for making potions from the plants around her.
Isn’t it insane that once upon a time wise women were burnt or drowned for helping birth babies, knowing their herbs, gathering in groups of more than two, being outside alone, being strong, being beautiful, being ugly, being different, being sexual, being non sexual or touching a nettle, smelling a rose or drinking wild teas.

Isn’t it madness that a woman who knew her body, her mind and her heart was cast aside as evil, as a sinner and her life taken away.

Women!
Do not let the ancestral memory of this that is held in your make up, in your bones and blood hold you back.
Rise dear sweet sisters, rise so that our daughters and daughters daughters don’t have to wonder when we lost our tongues and denied our hearts.

Energy Update:
Hi, Starseeds
As we go deeper into our Ascension journey we are realizing that this journey is packed with life-altering weaving at every corner and it takes immense strength to not want to give in and give up, but there's no turning back is there? I wanted to touch on some of the new energies I've been witnessing these last few months that I never could put into words until now.
Some major themes that I've been seeing popping up are the Mother Wound/Womb, The metamorphosis of the Throat Chakra and the Ultrasonic frequencies have begun. A few months ago there was one person speaking on Ultrasonic Frequencies and that was Judy Satori and at the time I felt into her words and knew that although I was not experiencing this as of yet that it was coming. These last few months completely up-levelled the energies streaming in with these very SHARP frequencies that completely alters the chemistry of our body.
When I was tapping into these very new, sharp and INTENSE Ultrasonic frequencies in my body the first word that came to me was "rigor mortis". Rigor Mortis happens when we physically die, it's one of the last stages of "death" when the body starts to stiffen up because the necessary chemicals that the body needs start to change. Stay with me for a sec, If you've been going through the Ascension journey for a minute you know it is a form of death to the old way of how our body and mind function in a limited (3D) capacity. What is happening is the chemicals, (a stream of consciousnesses) are changing within our bodies and as the chemicals change within our blood but more so with our CELLS and DNA, we are going to feel for the next couple of months like death. I can't express how HUGE this is.
As I went deeper with this new knowledge with my team I realized that I was looking for a "logical" way to explain this but logical left the building the moment we started ascending! To exist in LIGHT and on many different timelines where you are merging and using energy very differently, your body HAS to change but it has to change metaphysically within our major operating systems such as the Nervous System, Adrenals, Immune systems etc. For the past few years, our bodies have been preparing us for this shift/next level we are about to enter. I've always said that this recalibration HAS to happen in stages or it would overwhelm our mainframe (Nervous System) and we would get very sick or even die. As this Ultrasonic starts to really hit Earth, I am guided to write; PLEASE DO NOT FEAR.
Some new symptoms:
- Stiffness of the joints, "stroke-like symptoms". I cannot stress this enough if you are unsure or worried please get checked out by a Doctor or Medical Team. This is will feel scary as there will be times where you can't move your body, limbs, muscles; but you have to trust the process Dear Ones. All energies we are stepping into right now and for the next few years are AMPLIFIED. We have never felt symptoms THIS intense. I will go into the importance of BREATHING from your CELLS in the October Forecast
- Eyes: Your eyes with Ultrasonic frequencies will start to see many realities. For example, there's been a few times where I swear my dog is beside me, I saw him, was talking to him and he ends up being in a completely different room sleeping. I would see something on my dresser like a perfume bottle and say to myself "Omg when did I get that perfume?", next day it's no longer there. This is seeing through the veils and in simultaneous timelines at once. I live amongst a lot of trees and I know the history of where I live. I was walking one day and this little indigenous girl started waving at me through the forest opening; I am watching her on the land with her grandmother who is one of my Ancestral guides and I knew in that instant that I was walking side by side with that timeline of me as that little girl, it was amazing to witness! While walking side by side with this little girl/me she is telling me tips, herbal medicines and things to start to do with the land. I am consciously communicating with her and SEEING it with my physical eyes.
- The power of mind/body communication has shifted. We know that we live in a holographic Universe but this goes a bit deeper. You will find that your body has now become your compass and will communicate with you better than the mind. This is why sensitivity to food, places and things has been heightened. The Chakras are merging and all becoming one. I've been seeing with clients and its breathtaking to see the actual metamorphosis taking place that I was told years ago would start to happen. With this comes instant healing capabilities, shapeshifting with ease, and much more that I will get into over the next few months.
We are experiencing rapid and INTENSE shifts and this year truly just started the sequence of what is to come. The energies sweeping Mama Tara are going to take us into the next level of our becoming; the past 2 years really took us into our relationships, our core wounds, and collapsing programmings no longer needed in our realities. In the October Vibrations Forecast, I will be going deeper with the body, the Mother Wound and how it is connected to the Throat Chakra. The Breath of transmutation, Timeline splits and the New Ultrasonic Frequencies coming in. I love Kristy her honesty, her reflection, her willingness to share her journey and learnings. Forgiveness is so important it cannot be underestimated, to forgive is to release and to heal. It breaks cycles within ourselves and within our lineage.

So many of us believe we’re not worthy of forgiveness.

We struggle to forgive ourselves for the mistakes we’ve made with our children;

The moments we lost control,

The awful things we blurted out.

My eldest was born when I was 18.

I was an 18 year old troubled, homeless teen with a history of trauma and no idea I was autistic.

She came in at the back end of my drug and alcohol addiction

Her arrival was in the last years of my self harming

For just over a decade, it was just her and I.

She did not get the best of me.

Between each of these lines, I sit and pause,

Staring off into space, remembering.

Remembering painful, difficult things.

I was not present.

I tried to be.

I lived inside of my own head, always worrying, always anxious,

In and out of burnout.

I would yell at her in the car,

I didn’t lose my patience because I didn’t have it to begin with.

I never imagined I could love someone or something so very much

But I didn’t know how to parent.

I couldn’t regulate myself emotionally

I self loathed and self hated

And internalised turmoil

And it spewed out into my relationship with my child.

I grieve.

I grieve over the pain I caused her.

I will forever be working on self forgiveness.

It took me sixteen years to understand her

To know she is autistic.

It took me another two years to understand myself

To unravel the depths of my dire need for control.

To not want her to suffer

To not want her to be hurt

To not want her to live with the trauma

That I did.

I was so desperate

I couldn’t cope with her changing from being my little girl

To being a teen,

To becoming an adult.

The loss terrified me.

I often tell her that I am so sorry.

I’m so sorry I didn’t know then what I know now.

There are moments I agonise over it.

The moments where she has told me how it causes her sadness

To see how loved and unconditionally accepted her siblings are

When she did not have the same me; the same Mother that I am now.

It is so incredibly painful for us both.

And I know that we are not the first in our family to experience this.

But we are the first to end it.

Intergenerational trauma

Not knowing who we are

Our divergence, our needs

Telling our children we are sorry feels risky to many parents

There is a deeply instilled belief that we give up our power

That they’ll take advantage.

That bu****it destroys us.

Those are the same ideas,

Social and cultural constructs and conditioning

That cause this trauma.

She says she forgives me because I’ve learnt about myself

I work on forgiving myself.

Because the energy we produce in self loathing

Is what we take into our relationship with our babies.

It’s what harms and continues to purge trauma into our connections.

When we know better, we work on doing better.

When we know who we are, we work on loving ourselves.

We practice extending to ourselves the same compassion, understanding,

And unconditional acceptance and love

That we extend to our children.

I will say sorry to her for the rest of my life.

And I’m okay with that.

I will support her in all the ways I can

And I make amends in other ways too

By carrying this message into my work with families

By letting go of abusive systemic parenting approaches

By holding space for adults, for parents

Who need to be loved

Who need to be forgiven

Who need to understand themselves.

Our children need this.

Our children need the best of us and we rob them of this

When we sit around self loathing.

We must love and forgive ourselves

In order to make amends to our children.

Energy Update:

Divine Starseeds we are going through a massive Gateway right now that bridges and grounds our Higher Timelines. As we go through this gateway we are going to witness many things that touch our core; pe******ia, sex/child trafficking, racism, poverty, all the extremes of the programs that have been running in a 3rd Dimensional Paradigm. Your natural human reaction evokes rage and it is ok and important for you to feel the emotions that come up over these next few years because it is THAT emotion that is going to assist in how you use that energy to awaken the Collective. All that is being uncovered and seen right now IS the awakening.

How do you use your God-Creator power and abilities at this time? You step into your multidimensional embodiment and assist by ALCHEMIZING the energy. The cloak over our eyes is gone and everything that we once knew is completely being shattered; remember it is through your awakening and STANDING in your worth and power that we are changing this World; we are refusing to be blind anymore. EVERY single one of you beloved Starsseds is here to shatter the disillusionment and you are doing it by first dismantling that duality through your body, mind and spirit FIRST. I have to reiterate JUST how fu***ng powerful you are. This lifetime would NOT be possible without you Divine Starseeds so stop looking at "out there" to guide your next steps and start to LISTEN to your Spirit; this is where you find your next steps that ONLY you can ground into this new Paradigm. We can't hold hands at this juncture we have to do the individual work THEN we merge as the Collective Consciousness.

A lot of people are still moving in an old timeline with their minds as their bodies are taking them into a higher timeline and this is causing friction in your energy field also known as Duality. Some are still using their minds to theorize what is happening and this will confuse you. Spirit is leading the way and with this new Embodiment, it calls on you to move differently, react differently, breathe differently and embody differently. You are feeling this in the MASSIVE changes happening to the body. The other day I was doing energy work on a client and her Chakras had merged and became one big energy ball of light. Each Chakra was merging with one another "linking" with the other Chakras and changing it Alchemically; I've only seen this in a handful of clients but these next few years I am guided that I will be seeing more exceptional things happening to the HUman body. You will begin to hear Scientists and Doctors start to say that they are seeing "new" things happening to the body and they will blame it or put this on COVID. It is not COVID it is the awakening of your crystalline body.

We are playing exceptional roles here and if you thought 2020 was badass these next few years are really going to transform you into something new. You can complain about it; some love to do this but it isn't going to change what is happening. You are the Ancient ones, the Ancestors that have returned for this "job".

2021 is going to take us into an Energy of New Beginnings on Mama Tara. Be prepared for contact with your Star teams but they will visit you first before there is a major disclosure. Pay attention to your visions, dreams, feelings, snapshots of faces that pop up to show you your Star Heritage/Lineage because they will download your sacred wisdom that will assist within these next few years.

Eating habits will change, death of the ego, duality, perceptions. More of you will step into your Soul Work as 2020 halted many of us and re-routed us on different paths. Nothing is set in stone right now and be prepared for frequent changes as you are living moment by moment and in communion with Mother/Father God, Mama Gaia and your Higher Self.

My intention is always from Love Divine Starseeds and right now I'm guided to say step out, Step out of your discomfort, your cocoon, your pain, your limited perception of self and step out on radical FAITH that EVERY step you take is Fully and purposefully Guided.

And so it is Starseeds.

I see you. I honour you. I am blessed to be here with you in this lifetime. Now, let's go kick some energetic ass!
