Delighted to announce that sauna sessions as Gaeilge will be starting this Thursday 8pm to 9pm and run every Thursday going forward. Go raibh míle maith agat!

Christmas & New Years bookings are live & available through the link in the bio. Looking forward to hosting some wonderful sauna sessions over the festive period once again. Thanks to everyone for their continued support throughout 2024. Gift vouchers are also available to purchase online by scrolling to the bottom of the booking page. They can also be purchased at the sauna. All of the above opening hours are weather/sea permitting. Thank you!
