Linda is back teaching Yoga! What is shared in these classes is the ever-evolving understanding of the body-mind continuum and how tools such as Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork, Bodywork and Psychotherapeutic approaches can support you to build capacity allowing you to be in the world, not only when life is running smoothly, but allows you to lean into and hold space for uncomfortable feelings.
The practice helps you to cultivate a deeper understanding of what drives you, what you stand for and if it is no longer useful or workable and what is useful going forward.
Formerly known as Sadhana Yoga, this page and the service has evolved to include Psychotherapy. I am currently finishing a Masters Degree in Pluralistic Psychotherapy. An integral part of mind mastery, mental health and healing is related to body awareness and health through movement and touch.
Join me for Yoga practice running every Monday at 6:15pm. The number of classes will be developed over the months. Lets start with this one. The Dara Pierce Ballet Academy
