One of most successful camps to date. Everything went as close to plan as possible for him, it was a strange building up as we weren’t preparing for a single fight but a Grand Prix style fight night with up to three fights in one night.
This presented a unique challenge but one that Ryan flourished in and is in very good shape heading into Saturdays fights we are excited to show off all the hard work he has put in since January.
We want to wish the best of skill to Ryan in tomorrow nights Heavyweight Grand Prix!

🎄Drinking around Christmas🎄
It’s important to enjoy this time of year with family and friends and not be overthinking things.
Christmas staff parties are well underway and we are about to go into a period that usually means consuming more alcohol then we do on the rest of the year.
No need to feel anxious or that you’ll lose all of your weight loss progress.

With the right planning and prep it is easy to stay on track with your nutrition and not fall off the wagon completely.

Here are some helpful tips to help you stay on track this time of year:
- Choose lighter beer or drink options will help in consuming less calories. Most bars and clubs now offer some sort of lighter/diet version of drinks that have fewer calories but still taste fantastic.
- Pace yourself. One way to limit the amount of calories taken in is by simply drinking less throughout the night. It’s not about going out and getting so drunk you can’t stand. Some of the best nights I’ve had personally have been sober nights.
- Try not get the dirty kebab and chips at the end of the night. This will help save a lot of unnecessary calories and your stomach will more than likely thank you the next day.
- Manipulate your calories in the days around the night out. This means you slightly lower your calories in the days before you are due to go out so you have excuses calories for that night out and can relax more when you’re out.

From November 7th we will be moving to a bigger location in Dennehys Cross.
We can’t thank our clients both past and present enough as this move wouldn’t be possible without the support from you all.

Also a big thank you to Joe from Diverse for giving us the opportunity to continue to grow the gym and business.
