A huge 12KG gained on the scales. 68-80.2KG. A hell of a 14 weeks putting in serious graft up in

Consuming 4.5k/5k calories for a good chunk of time near the end of this plan and I can tell you from experience it’s not easy. Especially consistently day in day out.

We now start a tidy phase and drop some body fat for the summer. We’ve some big goals that we’re gonna get done in 2025!

Mad what can happen when the right person is there to push you and also when the client is like a sponge! A lot of development with this physique!!

How can it benefit you as you age?

For most clients, getting strong should be priority.

The more muscle you hold.
- the higher your metabolic rate is.
- the higher your metabolic rate is, the more calories you can consume and put to use.
- More calories, will mean more recovery, meaning further growth.

3 zero carbs, followed by 2 high days. Currently last meal of the day today and back to zero carb tomorrow.

Client Spotlight ‼️🎯

10 months exactly working with Aaron this month🔥🔥📈

has a hard worker in this guy!

Serious original transformation getting the photoshoot prep done and dusted. Reversed out of it properly and now we’re into a prep for Thailand with 6 weeks to go!

Updates will be coming for Aaron today with getting to the nitty gritty part of prep! Work always gets done with this fella!

Cardio fasted ✅
Steps daily ✅
5/6 training sessions per week ✅
Weekly check in✅
Supplements ✅

Really starting to see the midsection get tight and improve here now.

Arms, back and shoulders are a very strong point with focus now being on the upper chest development and bringing in the abs and obliques as much as possible over the coming weeks!

Mindset is something I’ve seen develop hugely for Aaron.

Completely changed man in terms of productivity, mindset in how he views himself, his goals and accountability to the goals!

Another few weeks to Aaron 2.0 ‼️

4 weeks out Men’s Physique🎯

Have Pete in his best position yet with time still on the clock here.

A lot better this season, a lot more fullness along the top line and still kept mid section as tight as possible. Being around 3kg heavier than last season in similar/ better condition.

Exactly where I need Peter to be right now, this will be a fun final few weeks!

First time breaking below the 100kg mark this week after starting off at 120KG!!

A lot of work being put in but we have a certain goal that Adam is gonna reach and blow a lot of minds. Only the beginning for this fella , big future ahead here!!

Are you getting the most out of your time at the gym? ‼️

When it comes to the gym, training and nutrition there’s an overshare of info and over complication of some of the material that’s needed.

Simplifying your time in the gym by having a clear plan of action will make your time and efforts a lot more rewarding.

What did I do for these guys? First off this is not their finished physique - most of these guys are a few weeks in!

I simplified the road to their goal.

Provided a clear training path for them to follow with guidance on Form, technique, video feedback for training and providing alternatives for busy gyms too.

Explained the process in a way these guys understand and didn’t over complicate it. Once the process ins understood, it’s a matter of being held accountable weekly to it and also trusting the process!

All these guys have seen improvements in:

🟡 Strength ✅
🟡 Lean Muscle Mass ✅
🟡 Performance in the gym ✅
🟡 Time spent in the gym is more productive and to their goal ✅
🟡 and the most important part for me they are enjoying the process and journey.

Getting caught up in the end result can have you forgetting to enjoy time time your actually putting the work in and give yourself a pat on the back when goals are achieved!

After a very successful season last year. We’re back for more this year!!

The detail and conditioning is there!!

We took onboard the feedback from the previous outings and improved on them!

Flat and fasted in this photos here from last week.

Final few changes now coming peters way this week to land this in the best position possible and in time!!!
