RESET” - Hamstrings & Shoulders Online Yoga Course starting Nov 2nd. A Saturday/Sunday 6 week online course to reset yourself at the weekend after a long week.
We will go through the many sequences to take you into stronger, deeper forward bends, bring stability into your hips & lower back, stronger shoulders, spacious shoulders and always ending with meditation or pranayama.
What do you get out of this course?
* Preparing your legs and hamstrings to get stronger so that the other parts of your body can release!
* preparing your hamstrings to get more open for those deeper folds, splits, backbends etc - but not feel so achy after stretching!
* preparing your shoulder mobility so backbending in all its form can feel better! Get stronger.
* 10-15 mins meditation/pranayama at the end
* 75min class
* feel ready for your weekend and energised.
* Recorded online & live on zoom ��6 week series 10-11:15am �Starting November 2nd
