In setting up Douglas Yoga Rooms, our aim is to provide a wide range of professional and affordable classes to suit all levels. We have a group of passionate teachers, with years of experience and extensive knowledge in their field. We provide a calm environment to help you de stress and rebalance, improving your health and happiness through Yoga. You can choose from a variety of classes such as Pregnancy Yoga, Post Natal Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pilates, Yoga for Kids, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Special needs Yoga, meditation and breath work (pranayama) and lots more!
