Updated T&C and general info for existing and new customers ( long text ) :

This is a professional business and ONLY massage services are provided.
Available booking times:
Friday: 11am-5:30pm
(4:30-5:30 for the last booking)
Saturday: 2pm-8pm
(7-8 for the last booking)
Available booking options:
30min - 30€
60min - 50€
Massage type:
Holistic massage (simply explained - swedish massage technique)
Cork can be a busy city for traffic so always leave a bit earlier when possible.
Even though I do leave enough time between customers I would ask you to respect my time.
This means showing up at least 5 min before your booking or exactly on time.
For customers who are late more than 5 minutes I might need to deduct the time they were late from their treatment.
Example:
If you booked in for 1h massage at 5, but show up at 5:15 I will provide a 45 minute massage but charge for the full 1h.
If you decide to cancel your appointment or move it (for any reason except a family emergency, hospital visit or something serious) I would need to know at least 24h before the treatment.
If it is a last minute cancellation
(⚠️less than 24h before the booking ⚠️)
but you didn't have a proper reason for the cancellation (you just didn't feel like it or you forgot you had other plans etc), then I will charge a 10€ cancellation fee on your next visit.
If the cancellation happens in less than 2h before the treatment (without a valid reason) then a 20€ fee will be charged when, and if, you decide to come in again for a treatment.
If you paid for multiple treatments I would count that appointment as used. This means I will keep the full amount paid if you cancel without a valid reason in under 24h.
For couples bookings or if you have a friend come in with you:
I don't have a proper waiting room because I am working from home, but I can provide a chair in the hallway.
If you are both getting a massage one after another I would ask you to allow at least 10 min in between, so I can swap out the towels and rest the hands a small bit.
A 60 min massage for me starts from the moment I start massaging (and a lot of the time I do go a bit over the 1h,never under).
Parking is free.
If you are walking just be aware that the last part of the way is up the hill ⛰️

If you have health insurance you will have to check with the company providing it if you can claim any money back.
I prefer cash payments (use it or lose it), but other payment options are available.
